Value for the money = perfect (considering you're in Switzerland. Staff = excellent (I had read that reception was closed in the middle of the day (and it was); however, I was able to leave my baggage there). -
I recieved confirmation from letsbookhotel.com and the YMCA Hostel, Basel, each with different prices - 92 CHF and 99 CHF respectively. I paid the higher price, but difference was small so it didn't matter much. Also, clearer directions to the hotel are needed on your web site - I would have liked turn-by-turn directions from the station. I wandered for 25 minutes before I finally found it..

The hotel's facilities are all there in abundance despite there being a 'miniature' aspect to the hotel.
The breakfast and the bar facilities are friendly with a good atmosphere. ( I didn't experience lunch or dinner)

We were able to make breakfast and to make coffee whenever we liked. It was good value compared with hotel prices in Basel.

Fantastic staff ! Hotel room was good for it's price, clean, comfy and pleasant looking. Had to pay 5 Swiss Franc for 24 hours access to Wifi. There are cheaper options available for shorter period of time. Good location as well, not too far out from the city center. Hotel restaurant was good too, though I am not too picky on my food. -

Good location; stayed for 2 nights to visit Christmas Market. Staff were
friendly and helpful. Close to key markets, museums, and room came with
public transport pass. We had two good meals at the restaurant and found
the breakfast typical of a good European hotel. I don't know where
the others ate. Excellent coffee served with warm milk.

Quiet hotel, really helpful reception staff. Excellent location for transport links. Breakfast is really good and worth paying extra for. Room was spotlessly clean. This hotel is superb value for money, especially given that Switzerland is generally very expensive.
