  I truly enjoyed my stay at the Scandic Grand Central Hotel. Great location, very clean room and bathroom, very friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast. Staff were very understanding and accommodating as they met my request of having a room on the first floor as I don't take elevators. Fast Wi-Fi connection with very easy access. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Stockholm on business or leisure. - The hotel is located almost in the center, near Central station. 2 minutes walk to Arlando airport express station. In the lobby there is a special place with table to work with laptops, there is also a free access to internet from a common working place - desktop PC. Breakfast is very good, except for constant queue for hot milk (it is available from a single, very slow machine).   I absolutely loved this hotel. Great location and just a 10 minute walk to the historic old town and the ferry to Djurgarden. The rooms are clean and quiet and furnished in modern Danish design. You cannot beat it. - They had interior decor that had something a little extra than the normal business hotel. They also had a trash can that allowed for recycling and sorting of compost. The personnel was very accomodating and allowed me to check in early and stay late due to business meetings. Very appreciated!!!

  Stockholm is expensive, this hotel is relatively affordable. Don't expect a very fancy hotel. It is situated in an appartment block and you need a key code to enter the hotel. Once inside, there is no staff to be found but an enveloppe with your name on it with the key. The room I had was for a single person and was ok. Breakfast buffet is in the kitchen and wa - A really marvelous little hotel! Only 9 rooms, which makes it very cosy and home-like. Friendly staff, beautiful room, good bed and great location! Our room was behind the reception and next to the breakfast room, but no noise whatsoever was heard. Nice bars and restaurants nearby. Next time in Stockholm we'll choose Pärlan again.
