  we only stayed for one night, but had a lovely stay. the buffet style breakfast had a good variety of both local and continental foods. we would definitely return again. - room size

  We loved this hotel and people who worked there. First let me tell about people who worked there. Starting from the owner of the hotel to a guard all were very friendly and very helpfull. You feel very relaxed there and wellcomed! Second - its a swimming pool! Also one of the advatage is that swimming pool for adults has attached swimming pool for small children! We f - The staff were excellent and after a few days we fell into a routine where they knew my tastes and were helpful in having tea or omelet etc ready for me. Provided laundry service, called a 3 wheeler when needed, had WiFi available in most areas.

  Riding on the tuk tuk towards the hotel, I could already picture a beautiful designed colonial hotel at the front with white walls, and lush greenery around the Royce Hotel entrance. I was greeted by the most welcoming staff I've experienced in Sri Lanka. I checked-in at a cool marble table with a single lamp... My transportation back into colonia... hva folk sier » l times was complete. As I flew in on a midnight flight, I was tired and was glad the room was beautiful and bed was more than comfortable... I fell s - I am an architect and I love the all white interior with antique furniture and decor. The suite room i stayed at was high-ceiling with good amenities and a very comfortable bed. The food for breakfast is the best I found anywhere in Sri Lanka. Unfortunately they dont have a restaurant yet but I was assured they will in a couple of months, which is fantastic as their food was good. Good food, great place, friendly staff made my short stay there truly memorable.
