After some problems with our train, we got at the hotel very late at night, and even so we were very well received. It was a great feeling going into the room after such a tiring day. We had lovely days in Zaragoza, especially because of the great location of the hotel. We could walk around the city and come back to the hotel to rest a bit after l

Staff was very attentive when we discovered after departing to Barcelona
we had left something in the room safe. They worked seamlessly to get it
to us by courier & everything including passports were delivered!
The breakfast was extensive in the Sunday morning we ate it. The pool
was a wonderful way to spend some time relaxing after a day of travel. A
very comfortable room & luxurious bath. Again, we thank the staff
for their conscientious help in securing our left items.

Exellent location. Exellent reception staff - thay helped us in everything. Everything is exellent exept one - windowns are locked so if you like fresh night ang mourning air you'll be failed. - Nice large room in a good location, beautifully decorated and very professional staff. Restaurant (Bearne) is also very good and reasonable.
