-The staff is very friendly and helpful.
- The room is very clean and has a beautiful modern touch. It is very small though (we took the standard room) and i suppose the luxury room will be bigger.
- The price-quality is excellent. It is ideal for young professionals

The staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions and advice.The
location for our visit was excellent as the cathedral, municipal market
and Lonja were all within walking distance.Their was an abundance of
bars, restaurants & cafés all around and travel around the city was
easy by bike, walking or bus. You can hire bikes directly from the hotel
at a discount.

The very chic and elegant room design made me feel like I was staying at a five-star hotel. The great staff service added to this impression. The location and price could not have been better- just a quick walk to awesome sites and restaurants, not to mention the train station. Staying at the Palacete certainly added to my wonderful experience

Id stayed here quite some month ago and the hotel was full of teething problems as only been open a few days. I then stayed again but was to soon to review it.
The hotel is spotlessly clean, the decor is of a very high standard and all staff are more than helpfull.
The location is excellent and when ever i visit Valencia in future i would try and stay here.

Lovely place, great interior, nice bed and spacious room and bathroom. We booked only a few days before arrival and where pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Staff was super friendly and we payed only E 50 a night for a really good room. The hotel is situated perfectly, nearby the Mercado and some good restaurants. Will book the same hotel whenever

The location was excellent. The check-in at Ding Dong Tela was efficient and the staff very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortableand of an interesting design concept. Price - excellent value for money.

The hotel is off the center so it is easy to access from the motorways by car. Despite that it is not located in the city center, it has a very good connection by public transport (1 line 3 stops but keep an eye on the timetable, especially at late evenings). The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Parking is free on the streets

The breakfast was awesome: crepes, a variety of breads, cheeses, meats, pastries, yogurts, juices and coffee.
Also, when I discovered at 10 pm that the thermostat control in my room was broken, the staff changed me to a room across the hall a few minutes later.
Overall service was very good. The women who worked there were very nice and helpful in every way!
