The apartments were really nice and modern. Converted garages with lots of space and light. 15minutes from the beach, a walk away from the Ciudad de Bellas Artes and a short bus ride to the centre.

Location 10 min walk from the beach and 10 min to the City of Arts and
the old riverbed park.
The appartment is spacious, clean and has modern design, kids love the loft beds.
Because of the payment in cash the owner did not require any security deposit (which usually is 200 Euro).
Excellent apartment , everything it promised in advert . Alfonso the
manager was very helpful and very efficient at dealing with any
questions or queries, would definitely book there again , most
recommended :) even free wifi !!.
We had a great 5 nights stay. The flat got nice design. The kitchen was very well equipped giving you the possibility to go fresh for your breakfast. We definitely would stay there again.
Everything was perfect. Really spacious, equiped apartment, stuff was very helpful, great accomodatiion and facilities. Thanks Alfonso, looking forward to stay here next time.

No terrace/balcon to sit outside (known ahead), not very nice or lively neighbourghood (restaurants etc 15 m walk).

Apartment was a little dark , so missed out on seeing the sun. Need a terrace or out door space with seating .
