Good communication via telephone when we arrived. Great layout and the
roof terrace was the best part, even though the views aren't
stunning. Near local shops, metro station and some bars - and the main
areas are all in walking distance. Overall, perfect for our city break!.

location is good and so is the apartment in itself.
As others have mentioned, the lift is quite loud (the apartment is at
the top of the building, so closest to the mechanics.) However, after
busy days, we slept through it - and the air con helped too. We did have
issues with wifi, but after 2 calls, the staff called someone out and
contacted us with the new connection information.
It would have been great if there was a kettle, a knife, washing up liquid and a sponge.
1. Lift goes 1 floor below the apartment. So if you have luggage, you have to pick it up and carry for 15-20 stairs
2. Internet did not work for me
3. I was informed by staff that its 4 kms from airport. I ended up paying same amount as taxi fare, that i had paid for hotel!!.
Only one stool to eat in the apartment; no place to leave towels; no toaster.
