  Nice and modern hotel, conveniently located close to Ciudad de las artes y las ciencias. Very good breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Unless you prefer listening to heavy traffic noise while sleeping, make sure to ask for a room towards the backyard. - Beautiful location. Rooms were kept spotless and in the future, your hotels will be the first we will try for accommodation. Your staff are a credit to you, completely the opposite to our experience in Portugal last year at a different hotel group. - Bus directly opposite hotel so take you to city centre, good link to ring road, clean, relatively basic but what we paid for

  Would have been 5 stars if not for the age of the hotel itself. Huge bed (king sized) and a semi 'walk in wardrobe'. Distance is a good15- 30 min walk away depending on walking speed. Not in the historic city centre, but so are the other 4 or 5 star hotels in Valencia ( this is in fact closest to both the train stations and the city centre compara... hva folk sier » tively). About 5 to 6 euros by cab to city centre, train stations and the city of art and science. Distance is good enough not to be awaken by the fal - We had been travelling in Spain and Portugal for three weeks in a number of locations. This was most our most luxurious stay to date. We had a King room which was ginormous with excellent facilities. We were travelling by car, so did not want to stay in the centre of Valencia, which was only a 15 minutes walk away. Our check-in and out were handled quickly and efficiently. Buffet breakfast was included in what we considered to be a budget rate. We would recommend this hotel.

  Great place, specially for people who need to go to Burjassot University campus due to its 2 minuts walk-distance. Moreover rooms are great and fully equiped (good point: they have conditioned air) - Good location for visiting University, Campus Burjassot. The room was clean with basic kitchen equipment. Standard for students residence.

  The bed and mattress were very comfortable. Staff gave us a larger room as we were travelling with two children. The welcome children and don’t charge them for breakfast like Tryp Azafata did. They know that’s not acceptable to charge 15 euros more for a child breakfast. The view was great.
