We loved everything about the Jardines De La Reina--Kirsten and Diego have created a magical place! We were able to relax at the pool and enjoy their little paradise, and then venture out to explore the area--especially the beach and the mountain area (on a drive to Ronda). Easy to find stopover - in centre of the tiny town of Guarroman. The doors were closed when we arrived (hot sunny afternoon) so ring the bell of the side door (facing the small square). The proprietors are delightful and our room was comfy and clean. The swimming pool was a boon since the day we stayed the temperature soared to 40. food is available at the local bars.

The location is amazing. Looking out over the sea, and Burriana Beach, from all the pretty little terraces that descend from the breakfast patio is just gorgeous. This family-run bed and breakfast was such a wonderful surprise! It was easy to find, right on the 9km turnoff before Ronda, there was plenty of space, including access to a large lounge area, and our hosts were brilliant, striking the perfect balance between privacy and attentiveness. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer - a great base from which to explore the white villages, Ronda, and even the coast.
