  This is my fourth time going back to the sandy beach hotel. I think it is a great hotel and will deffinetly be back. The games and entertainment for kids is great. - 1. Most friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. 2. Excellent choice of good quality food at buffet dinners and breakfasts.

  The hotel was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the (free!) wellness, which was just wonderful. The breakfast/dinner buffet was great, with plenty of choice available, and two live cooking stations. The staff was friendly, except for one grumpy man with glasses behind the reception. Hotel Escorial will be our first choice for future trips to Gran Canaria, and we'll defin - The Restaurant and Bar staff are particularly friendly and genuine. Breakfast and Lunch was very good especially for a three star hotel. The location is central to Playa del Ingles. This hotel also has an excellent roof terrace with a Jacuzzi and a wellness centre with a 'dead sea' pool, great for floating about in.

  Reception: Great friendly staff. 24 hrs reception. Was very easy to check in in the middle of the night and also check out early morning. Location: Good location. Easy bus access almost to anywhere. To airport bus 66 and night bus 5 was very handy. Bus stop is 2 mins walk from the appt (in front of Yumbo). Yumbo center for shopping and night l... hva folk sier » ife. You can hear some noise from the center all night, but if doors are locked etc its lot lesser and easy to sleep. Dunes are 15 mins walk from here - Very good quality vs price. Location close to Yumbo (which is good when you party), not very far from Dunas and beach, large appartments, nice decoration, very comfy beds, free Wifi in reception zone + few PCs with a printer (so you can print you boarding passes). The hotel has a policy "Adults only" which is very good if you don't like kids screaming at the pool etc. Very gay friendly so if you don't accept it this is not a place for you. Overall for the price it's very good!

  Hotel is GREAT. If I ever go back I would stay the same place. Perfect location, no kids or noise and very comfortable and big with everything you need to relax and have a great vaccation. Rooms are also very beautiful and spacious.
