The location is perfect, very close to city center. Apartments was clean and contain all that you may meet e.g. shampoo toilet paper etc. Service was very good, when you arrive you just calling contact person and pick up keys from mail box, after check out money will be charged from you credit card an that's it.
It was not so easy to find by car. As near apartments many one way roads if you miss your turn be ready to drive some circles around. Room was not too big, perfect for two persons.
Location, close to underground station, supermarket and parking house. The kitchen and the bathroom is well equipped and the appartment was clean.

The layout and design was excellent. It was modern and easy to keep clean and also very quiet in a superb location in the old city of Madrid.
Would have liked WiFi and at least one TV news channel in English.

We are a family with 2 small kids. We got the appartment A on the first floor. The appartment had everything we needed, and for the price we paid it was perfect. Also the location is very good, very central. You can authorise the company that administers the Appartments to get the money from your credit card, this way you don´t need to go to their office first, you just get a code with some instructions and can pick up the keys at any time.
There is a bar just in front of the building, on Saturday pretty noisy till late in the night, as people go out for smoking. It might be better to ask for an appartment facing the patio instead of the street.

Great location although a little hard to find. Clean kitchen and utensils to make stuff if you want. Even a washer machine if you want a great value when you put four in a room.
A little hard to find and office is not very welcoming, although not rude by any means. No maid service but priced as such.
Central location, this apartment is good for short staying.
Check-in was uncomfortable . Staff sent me sms with requirement to call them 1 hour before arrival, and codes was sent by email in arrival day. I was driving some hours and hadn't Internet access, so I lost time.
I like apartment it's fine ,location was ok finding them is difficult ,no wifi ,for the price it's not worth it ,attitude of reception is bad they charged on my card 30 euros for the key which I never have though I paid cash in advance
