  It was a bit of a mission to locate El Rincon as most lanes are one-way and the nearby neighbourhood was a bit seedy. But don’t let the outside appearance fool as once inside with the car safely parked free in a large garage on site the impression changed. We had a recently renovated third floor room with ensuite. Excellent value for mone - El Rincon was well-located near to centre city, restaurants and coffee shops, touristy stalls and a really good local fresh food market and city tourist attractions. We were lucky enough to happen across a small religious parade of an icon through the streets. We were able to walk from the train to the hostal which is located in the old town.

  Wonderful helpful, friendly staff whom we spent a lot of time just chatting with! Small, intimate hostel (max 28 ppl at one time) so it is really easy to socialize with your fellow travellers. As two 20-something girls we stayed in the private bedroom with 2 single beds and it was perfect! Great location and easy to navigate to all the main sights, nightlife, etc. - Hostel is located in a very quiet street in the old town part of the city, not far from the Nord train station and close to everything else.   Very friendly staff with good local knowledge. Rooms were clean and tidy. Location was perfect - central to the cathedral and only 10 - 15 minutues from the train station. Excellent for the price - Loved it! The staff/owners were soooo lovely! Really great location right next to the Market. Wonderful price.
