  The staff were very helpful and polite. It felt very safe that staff were on hand 24 hrs, and the hotel was clean and within easy reach of the city centre, and nearby metro stations. The bathroom facilities were modern and nice, and shower was amazing! We arrived early (1pm) and were able to check straight in and use our room (not meant to be avai... hva folk sier » lable until 3pm) which was very helpful and kind of the hotel. - Staff were always helpful and friendly and were good at "remembering the guests faces". The lady serving breakfasts was so pleasant, cheerful and helpful. Her reputation on trip-adviser is well justified - she is a real credit to the hotel.The cleaning staff were accommodating when it came to access for room tidying etc.Good location close to Monumental underground station and local cafes etc.

We had chosen a double room as the preferred option but we were offered a twin as it would be bigger with a better view so we took it. The best Tapas Bar - Excellent location (close to some attractions, metro station Diagonal practically in front of the Hotel), friendly staff, clean room. We stayed 4 days and were quit satisfied. I would recommend this Hotel to the others. Before my trip, I thought, La Rambla should be more attractive location for staying, but now I would for sure prefer Passeig de Gracia. So, it seems, I made right decision.
