  Apartments are quiet, clean, fully equipped, there is fast Internet. Everything is OK and Xavi (a man who meets you upon arrival) was helpful and friendly. Metro (or tram as they call it) Muntaner is in 1 minute walk and there is direct line to Pl. Catalunia station where you can catch a bus to the airport. The free wifi was good, good tv, well equipped kitchen, good bed, powerful shower. The AC was effective (only really used once). We were met at the apartment where we paid our deposit and taxes by credit card, all very easy. The apartment is very close to a metro (underground) stop with very frequent trains to the centre. There was a small supermarket across the road.

  I loved the presentation of the flats upon entering, the way the beds were made up, the fact that there was dishwashing liquid, tablets for the dishwasher, toilet paper, rubbish bags etc just to start. The space within the apartment 2. Being located in residential Barcelona was good so could sample how the locals lived 3. Having 2 showers was really useful 4. Having a balcony was good so we could dry our towels! 5. The utilities were good - kettle, fridge, etc - even towels and basic toiletries were included which was unexpected. 6. The complimentary bottle of Cava was a bonus!

  Apartment was excellent. It was on the top floor of block with a large roof terrace. Modern, spacious and well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine which for a longer stay was handy. Its not like a normal rental as the majority of the apartments are lived in by locals so the place has a much more permanent feel.
