  One of the best places we've ever stayed. There are some reasons below: 1. There are two cool guys Fernando (the owner) and Asif (his colleague) at reception desk. If it's your first stay in Barcelona they can explain all things you need at the city. They are really welcome and helpful. Other stuff is nice as well and never bothers you. 2. Good l... hva folk sier » ocation of the hotel. Eixample is a beautiful district (kind of Soho NYC) where you'll never get lost, find many cafes, bakeries and food markets. Dur - This was a great place to stay. We were a family of 5 travelling with 3 teenagers. We stayed in apartment 1 with 2 bedrooms, a sofa bed, and 3 full bathrooms. Although all beds seem to be quite firm in Spain, they were more comfortable than most. The apartment had a large patio that could be used in cooler weather. The apartment was well located and extremely reasonably priced for the quality. The staff were wonderful and even waited for us for our arrival after midnight. I read a few reviews a

Fantastic apartment with full kitchen in a great neighborhood.Two bedrooms, two baths, and a terrace for my wife and me and out adult daughter for the price of a hotel room. Spotless on arrival and in a great location. Being just away from the main centre, it is lovely and quiet at night so a great night's sleep is assured - the comfortable beds and luxurious duvets helped too.

  It's cheap! We really liked the interior of this old building. Nice ceiling, nice tiling. Almost antique ;) And a clean (shared) bathroom! The staff is friendly. Location is excellent. - Spacious and cheap room. In the centre of Barcelona, approximately 500 metres from The Rambla.

  Staff were fantastic and very friendly. The hotel is in a perfect location and it is a great value for money. It is very clean and comfortable. Even though we had probably the smallest room it was still very comfortable and anyway we were there not to spend time in a room but to see Barcelona. The location is superb - right next to the most popular street La Rambla, but yet our street was quiet and didn´t hear any street noise at all.
