The beds are basic but comfortable enough. The staff are normally dealing with students so the check-in/out is functional rather than personable. They ran around to a different hotel to make sure we had copies of our passports for the Tomatina and did loads of extra stuff (like getting us a corkscrew) that they really didn't have to do.   Great location right on the beach, offered breakfast not very varied but filling. Room was clean and quite a funky decor, had air conditioning and a very welcome hairdryer. - Staff were so kind and took care of what we asked so quickly. Nice jacuzzi inside suit, nice design, perfect view specially at sunrise .

Our party of four was met at the airport by a very friendly rep from the company who took us to check in and then on to the apartments.   This is a lovely hotel, staff are very pleasant and helpful and there are some good restaurants/bars close by. We were worried that the location might be out on a limb, however there is a tram/underground less than 5 mins walk away and you can be in the centre of Valencia within 15 mins for 1.3 euros!
