  This place was awesome!! Exactly what we expected and more!!! The receptionist (Constanza) was just incredible! She went out of her way to make sure we were ok!! Most of the days we were there there was free food in the kitchen!! The hostel held a Halloween party and again lots of food and wine free... the terrace outside for breakfast is great! It was a hostel, but we never ever shared a ba - Very friendly staff (who speaks Spanish, Catalan, Portuguese, English, ...), cosy atmosphere, large terrace, feels like home in no time, very clean bathroom and kitchen facilities, good wifi, breakfast included at a very sharp price, well located (Metro Diagonal just around the corner), great place to get to know other foreign people, lockers in dormitory rooms, good beds. It's like one big apartment you share with a bunch of people in the heart of Barcelona!

  One pillow is a lovely little hostal 30m from the metro and 200m from the marina. The hostal its self is in a little side street and up on the 4th floor, look for the ally with the pub that sells gunnies, at the end on the left is the hostal. The hostal is cleaned every day around mid day and the breakfast is nice for the price, nicer then another... hva folk sier » hostal I stayed at in Barcelona for twice the price. The staff speak good English and are friendly and if I go back to Barcelona will go back to this - Lovely and clean, was so much more than I expected for the price we paid! Got free wifi and breakfast was really good with a selection of juice, cereal and toast/crossiants and tea and coffee. Showers and toilets were really clean didn't have to que for the four nights I was there and it was fully booked during this time too. Staff were really polite and a perfect location just off La Rambla

The location was central to all the tourist attractions, set only a block back from La Rambla, and easy to find. There is a large supermarket only 5 minutes walk away.
