  I love this hotel. It seems that pension is ran by family and everyone are really friendly to help me with everything and they arrange me a very quiet room. Though the building is very very old.the interior of rooms and furniture are quiet new.The room is exacly the same as what you can see from the pictures.Every where in this pension is very cle... hva folk sier » an, the house keepers are very nice ladies and they do excellent jobs. This pension is very suitable for solo travellers who are looking for low-cost - The place is in a perfect location to go for a walk or to party around downtown of Barcelona. Nice and hospitality stuff, very friendly. Also valuable for the price and calm place if you need to rest or sleep after a great night or a long walk in the city. Highly recommend this hostel and will stay there for sure when I visit the city again.

  July 2013. We had a great time at this pension. We called ahead to say we would be late and the staff were very friendly and helpful, and some can speak English. When we arrived the staff could not speak English but communicated through a translator app!! The location is excellent, 5 mins walk from the centre of las Ramblas and a metro stop. The r... hva folk sier » oom was clean, air conditioned and contained a new-looking shower, sink and fridge. Wifi was fast. We were able to leave our bags after checkout. The - Loved the staff, even though only one of them speaks English, but since he's there every day at day time, I had no problem asking for help. My room was cleaned every day, which for a hostel is pleasantly surprising. The location is good as in in the center - two minute walk to La Rambla and ten minute walk to the port. Plaça de Catalunya with the AeroBus is within 5 min too, so transfers to/from the airport could never be easier The AC worked perfectly, fridge, shower, wifi etc - all good
