  Great central location. The staff were really friendly and helpful,our double room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with en suite including wall hair dryer and the option to have towels changed daily or to re-use. We stayed for a cold 5 days in February but the room air conditioning served very well as a heater as you were able to programme t... hva folk sier » o whatever temperature you required. Breakfast was fine but the coffee was machine coffee, however the dining area leads on to the public restaurant/c - The location was wonderful. Had very close access to everything we wanted to do and see. You could have an inexpensive quick meal or sit down for a more elegant dining experience and all within a two minute walk. The staff was wonderfully helpful and competent. Santiago was a tremendous help to me when I was have some trouble with my airline. Everything is easily within walking distance. All in all it was a great location. We did have a room that did not face the street so we slept comfortably

  We really loved it there. The location is in the city center. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The room was nice, clean and quite big. The kitchen was good equipped. Despite the location, it is quite quiet. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. - Good location. Just 2 minutes walk to Plaza Catalunya & 1 minutes walk to subway.   We enjoyed our stay here! Very homely and the staff we very accommodating especially with all our tourist questions. Very close to Las Ramblas and all the fun.   The Guys at the hostel were extremely friendly and helpful! We received a key to both the room and the front door, which made it easy for us to come and go as we pleased. The rooms are situated right in the middle of everything, close to both the harbour, La Rambla and right inside of the Gothic city. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff was worth a 5 star hotel, and even thoug - This was an awesome stay! The staff really care about what you're up to each day and that you're enjoying the city. In fact after I arrived and dropped off my bags and the gentleman working came running out and said 'where are you going today!' And he helped orientate me to the city awesome!!. The kitchen good facilities good internet cleans area shower and bath, thanks for your help when i lost my bags!!
