  The location was fantastic. The rooms were very clean and spacious. - Even though I was warned of possible rennovation disturbance I heard/saw nothing! But then again you don't really expect to when you're only using the hotel as a place to rest your head after spending all day exploring the city.   The apartment we were allocated was in Santa Anna. This location was excellent, just off main street Los Rambles and next to all city attractions and shopping centres! Restaurants and cafes all around and yet still quiet, friendly surroundings. Walking distance to tourist bus and tourist information centre.   Great place. This is old building with very high ceiling and a lot of air, with beautiful old (18th century original or looking original) style decor on walls and ceiling. The porch has two big stairs and elevator is typical for this old buildings - with manual doors and small metal cage. Old huge doors on entry to the hall and the window is basic... hva folk sier » ally two huge doors as well with embedded windows. Looks very cool. Our room has great balcony with street view. As for the room it was clean, bed was - It's rather a budget one, but the location is very good, very close not only to Plaza Catalunya but also to Parc de la Cuitadella. A very interesting atmosphere of an old house, with once rather luxurious wooden decorations, now a little bit aging, but still alluring. The rooms are small but clean. A word of advice: go for a "superior room" with the balcony. It's an essential feature for a beautiful late night session after you have enjoyed full day in the city.

  Hi my name is Vlanik! We came with a friend one day and had a great time. The hotel is located just off the square named after Christopher Kollumb. The beach is walking distance about 20 minutes. Very helpful staff. We forgot in the room Sneakers. And a member of staff brought them to the other end of town. We were very touched by such attention a... hva folk sier » nd care. There was a couple long hairs on my floor of my room which was disturbing. It should of been vacuumed better.

  Location was fantastic, read alot of poor reviews before visiting Sant Carlo but it was perfectly fine. My partner and I had a double room with our own bathroom. Wasn't huge but had shower, sink and loo. Flat screen TV on wall, stand up fan provided. The Hostel is on the 3rd floor of an apartment block, easy to find, buzzer at main door.
