  The staff at the reception on check in was wonderful!! The staff at dinner were wonderful!! The food was excellent. The staff at breakfast ignored us!! - Comfortable and well presented place. Easy to find with GPS but it may have been more difficult to find from a map.

  Fredelig - We found the services provided by the Hotel from the prompt pickup at tthe airport by the minibus,to the friendly reception staff on our arrival at the Hotel.The staff in the bar and restaurant were friendly and helpful,and the evening meal we had in the restaurant was delicous.Our room was ready on our arrival and was very clean and spa... hva folk sier » cious.Also a transfer to the airport at 4.30am was helpful. - It was really a lovely stay for my father and I at the hotel. The staff were defferent and could not have been more helpful and it did help because they spoke English. It was near to the airport and the shuttle service worked like a dream. It was comfortable - Dad could sit on the patio having a large drink and I could sunbathe and have a swim. It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

  Very helpful and attentive staff. Rooms are amazing, so modern! Very quiet, beds are super comfortable. Shuttle to airport took less than 10 minutes, very convenient. Only 10 mins to the city. - Although outside of the centre the location is perfect for both business and leisure thanks to the near metro. Facilities are great and rooms are spaceful.

  Good bedrooms in a quite peaceful area of Madrid. They firstly gave us a smoking room but I had no problem at all to change it to a non-smoking room. Considering that the city center is very noisy, this hotel is in a very nice area, only 10 minutes walking from the tube station (Suanzes).   This hotel is excellent for location and comfort at a very reasonable price. We were able to park free of charge outside the hotel and used the Metro, which is 5 mins walk from the hotel, to travel into the centre of Madrid in 20 mins. Another plus is an Italian Restaurant 'Ginos' situated near the Metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Madri - The metro station is situated with 2-3 minutes walk. Free parking is just outside the hotel. If you wish to have a more secure / private parking, the hotel could provide. The hotel is just between the city centre and the airport. There will be no problem to call a taxi. Value for money.
