  Excellent location in the heart of Sevilla. 100 m from Cathedral, next to Golden Tower and University. Plaza de Espanja is 12 min walk away. Everything is in walking distance. Pedestrian street starts from the hotel. Cafeterias, restaurants nearby. Parking garage (Pl. Roma) entrance right next the hotel entrance (16 Eu/day). Very satisfied, recommend highly. - We liked the location which is close to all must visits when you are in Seville.. Santa Cruz, Plaza Espagnia, Cathedral, Alcazar, river side, flamenco shows, etc. The hostal is very basic, good for sleep and shower. The shower was excellent and the bathroom decoration was very pleasant (i.e nice colored tiles specific for Seville). The internet works well as well.

  It is hard to know where to start. We had a hire car and the hotel notified us we could use, at a price,some parking nearby. First this was fantastic advice and next we arrived and we cannot express our delight, gratitude and pleasure with the kindness and comfort we received. It was a pleasure and privilege to stay with them, we liked the housekeeper reception staff and all whom we - Over all, we were glad we chose the hotel, especially because it has a great location: Close to the cathedral and Alcazar and restaurants, and still in a quiet street. We got a room in the 3rd floor, the top floor. Maybe that is why we didn't hear any noise from any of the other rooms. It was clean in the room and in the bathroom. Plus with elevator.

  Hotel recently decorated which gave all areas and our room a very fresh and new feel. Air conditionning in the room. Very tastefully decorated and scented - scented candles burning in reception and one in our room. Very helpful reception staff who talked us through good places to eat, drink and visit. The booking had been made one month ago and we had received full confirmation of our booking, so thi - The breakfast buffet was 5 Euros and there was a different choice of coffee, cereal, yoghurt, bread, meat and cheese. The room was large and clean with high ceilings and the wifi signal was strong. A woman at the front desk was very helpful and voluntarily gave us a lot of information about the history of the city, what to do and what to see. She was great. The location was good, too. It's within walking distance to both Alcazar and Seville Cathedral.

  Staff in the reception was very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was really nice and staff allways provided us with a bottle of water before leaving the hotel. The location of the hotel is great, just 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral and Alcazar. The room was spacious and the bathroom was huge. The decoration of the hotel is very elegant ... hva folk sier » and tasty. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. It is strongly recommended. - All in all a fine hotel but nothing extraordinary except very helpful staff. Location was good but very hard to find. Thanks to the review of a previous guest we mentioned the name Plaza Santa Cruz to the taxi driver which we took after we parked our car at a far away and very expensive public parking. Breakfast was so so, not even eggs or fresh juıce.

  Excellent location in the middle of old town. Short walk to Cathedral and Palace Alcazar. Next to tapas bars. Check Teresa bar opposite for delicious tapas and try local 'tinto de verano' drink which is a mix of wine with lemon. The hostal is located in a very old house so ready for a piece of history. Place is clean and quiet, friendly staff. This place has - The place had loads of character, we loved the quirky shapes and designs of the place and our room was delightful, and there are some lovely public spaces. The location was absolutely brilliant, right in the heart of Santa Cruz and close to the cathedral. It was amazing to get such good value accommodation in this spot. The staff were lovely, and we really enjoyed our stay here. The facilities are basic, but for people on a budget, the Vergara is a cut above.
