  Probably the one hotel where the service from every single staff member from doorman to reception was excellent. Everyone smiles here! The decor is beautiful, the rooms luxurious and much bigger than what you would expect normally in a big city in Europe. Location was fantastic, for restaurants and shopping.   The Hotel was just like the reviews we´d read. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and staff friendly and helpful. Being so close to the Metro meant travelling into the center of Madrid was easy.   For me this was a perfect hostel, nice staff, great location ( since its very close to the Bernabeu and I always come for games ) and a great neighbourhood. Staff speaks only Spanish like they do in all of Madrid so take a dictionary. Room was nice and big, and very clean. Nice bed, but bring your own pillow. The room is so clean, nice, and comfortable and the most important is its cheap cost. The staff are so friendly and when I ask more hours before checking out, they just permitted it. I will definitely stay there if I visit Madrid again
