  It was unbelievable service, the stuff can solve absolutely any question, they are very attentive and charming. Really the best hotel I ever been! - Great service, Extremely helpful staff. You have all you need to relax and feel comfortable. Silence in the room. Impressive design.

  Probably the one hotel where the service from every single staff member from doorman to reception was excellent. Everyone smiles here! The decor is beautiful, the rooms luxurious and much bigger than what you would expect normally in a big city in Europe. Location was fantastic, for restaurants and shopping. Great tips for restaurants and sightsee... hva folk sier » ing from the hotel. Would never stay anywhere else in Madrid after this experience. - Fresh fruits & chocolate at arrival and every evening. Housekeeping twice a day. Excellent location, safe surrounding and a few metres from Metro.

  The staff at the Ada Palace were so helpful. I lost the boarding pass they had printed for me and they did everything to reprint it after the details of my flight had also disappeared, my fault, I was very distressed, they were wonderful and sorted it for me. The room was perfect, overlooking the city but not noisy, - Very reasonably priced for a city hotel. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was also a good size and the bed was large and very comfortable. Best of all the room was quiet so it was possible to get a good nights sleep even in the middle of a noisy city. The hotel is easy to find just a short walk from Plaza Cibeles where the airport bus stops. All the main attractions and shops are within easy walking distance.   The guy at the reception spoke fluent english that made checking in really easy. He even provided a map of the city and marked all the important and good things to see. We arrived there earlier than the usual check-in time but as requested our apartment was ready and he allowed us to check-in early. The apartment is extremely centrally located. It... hva folk sier » is literally at the heart of the city, close to many restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. It is very accessible and was very clean and was equipped wi - I stayed with my 2 of my siblings and we loved the location. It was walking distance to many attractions and many restaurants. Our room was perfect. We had an interior room so, we never got any street noise at night. There was a grocery store 1 minute walk from the apartment, very convenient if on a budget. The one gentle man that we dealt with was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. We definitely stay there again.
