Loved the privacy of our own place. Restaurant options for QUALITY food was much better in this neighborhood than the tourist areas. We felt like we were part of the real neighborhood, not the tourist section. -

The man at reception was very nice and helpful. It's very good price for individual room. The location is great (a few steps from La Pedrera) and easily could be found. Absolutely everything was outstanding. The apartment was finished to the highest quality and immaculate. The location was walking distance from all the delights of Barcelona. The hostess/owner went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible even arranging for a hairdresser to visit apartment at 7pm on a Saturday evening ! Excellent

Esteve, Daniela and the other members of the residencia are very friendly and helpful! Besides this place is clean and the price is fair. So I recomment this accommodation 100% (I travel a lot so I know a lot of guesthouses).

Value for money: My wife and I where really astonished (specially coming
from Paris). The rooms were absolutely amazing for what we paid. Quiet,
very clean, huge space, nice terrace were we could drink some wine at
night. Just perfect!
LOCATION: Couldn't be better. It's in the quiet part of Paseo de Gracia. We loved it cause it's very calm at night. You're just 10 min walking from Plaza Cataluña and 5 min from all the main shopping and Metro Paseo de Gracia.
STAFF: I would say this is the best
