When we got to the apartment we realised there were no blankets or Duvets, phoned the office and were told to call the following day same time. Of course it was warm weather but I feel its up to the individual to use a blanket or not which could have been solved by keeping one for each bed in the copboards. We got some duvets the following day
The curtains in one of the bedrooms were very dirty and I sent an email to the office with a picture of the curtain but that was just ignored..
We didn't get the apartment what we book.
Broken electric cooker, no kettle, drainage blocked shower, TV not working. one of the room light is not working.
Not worth the money that we pay.
Top of the booking money, they charge 50 Euro extra for cleaning when we check out.
