within one metro stop from the Sants railway station. White foyer, bright-
green corridor, cosy rooms - each about one of the Barcelona places of
interest. Ours was called 'Parc Guel'. The window looks out on
the quiet yard. We arrived late, something after midnight. The stuff

I like everything very much. The services is great. The rooms were allways clean (the towels changed every day) and confortable. The location of the hostal Oliveta is very convienent. Just couple minutes from metro station Parallel, also you can easily reach the old quarter, La Ramblas on foot. It will take 10-15 minutes to walk.

Stayed for 8 days, in the beginning, the hotel was the mistakes, and they booked us a room to other guests were settled, we proposed a more modest room, two days later freed ours, previously reserved room. Location of the hostel is good as quite close to the city centre. You
can reach the Rambla street just walking and it takes you around 20
minutes. There is also a metro station near the hostel so can see
further districts of Barcelona taking one of the line. Our room was big
with a comfortable bed and a small tv that was quite nice. There was
also a quite working fan that we found to be very useful espacially at

A shared kitchen allowed cooking own meals, staff spoke perfect english and was very helpful - they even made some calls to solve a problem that happened to us while visiting another hotel. Our room was quite small but clean, functional and nice. -

This hostal is a converted apartment covering the first floor of the building.It has managed to retain many of the original features and character. Great location in Gracia, a bit away from the very touristy areas (like La Rambla), but well-connected with metro and buses. Clean throughout and a lovely terrace, and as we visited in the off-season it felt like we had a whole apartment to ourselves, as it was very quiet.
