  A well run hotel conveniently located in a quieter part of Sea View. The suites are modern and tastefully decorated although the bedrooms are smaller than the living room area.We also enjoyed a nice sized balcony overlooking the pool and with a sea view. Apart from it being excellent for what is officially a backpackers place I really appreciate the attitude of owners and staff who are supporting community projects and take recycling seriously, something that is still not very wide spread in South Africa.   The staff, location, facilities and access to The One and Only Hotel's restaurant for breakfast were all fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful staff who assisted us with booking tickets and tours during our four days in Cape Town. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. If I have a chance to go back to Cape Town, I would definitely try to stay here again.
