Guests can start their day with a rich breakfast buffet, before exploring the surrounding area. Hermanus has a great number of restaurants and wine estates, making wine tasting a great experience. You can choose from a variety of activities, including whale watching, hiking and biking. Hermanus Golf Club is a 3-minute drive away, and Grotto Beach is ideal for diving and surfing. Walker Bay is 1.5 km away, and the lodge offers free private parking on site.

Everything about our stay was superb, Peter and Olensa were really welcoming hosts. The room we stayed in was tastefully decorated,spacious and very clean. gardens and pool,lovely. Certainly recommend this guest house and would stay again on our next visit to SA. Everything was perfect and clean and worked. The hospitality from the hosts was exemplary and they were more than accommodating of our needs and requests. Their breakfast was fantastic and so fresh. Would recommend the lodge to anyone - it's that good.
