With the exception of 1 member of staff we were very impressed with the way in which staff had been trained and the way in which they attended to every need of their guests. I erroneously left my wallet in the room that I had booked in. I immediately received a call advising me of the misplaced wallet. I received everything in good order, nobody had tampered with the contents. I'm still highly appreciative of the staff for their efficiency and integrity! the staff was exceptionally friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. the rooms are spacious and the bed are really comfortable. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel and we can safely say all the meals were gourmet meals which we thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you Gateway holiday for a wonderful stay -

The venue is situated at the habour, so we could view the activities of
the harbour which was interesting. The venue is also very peaceful and
quite, so if you want to relax, away from the "city in the
city", this is ideal. We also loved the lounge area outside in the
courtyard, so if you want to have your meal or drinks outside the
restaurant, it makes it an excellent option.
