From the minute we arrived the service was impecable our car was parked no fuss, we were early for the book in but were offered a complimentary beverage whilst waiting and the pleasant surprise we were upgraded to a larger famiy room

We were overnighting prior to a long flight the next day to Dubai/Kabul. This could not have been a nicer stay. Car parked, check in seamless, room very nice. Our view was an ocean view which was great. The convenience to the waterfront activities and shopping was excellent. Late night coffee and cake in front of the fireplace was superb. The breakfast buffet was possibly the best we have had, just fabulous. Staff were all on their game, excellent service.

The hotel was spectacular and the attention to detail from the decor to the ambiance within the room (gentle music in the background) was impressive. The view from the hotel is out of this world! Breakfast each morning was delicious and elegant. I loved every moment being there! -

We had our wedding at Cellars-Hohenort hotel followed lunch at the Conservatory restaurant - excellent service from arrival till departure. Highly efficient and organised. Beautiful hotel with stunning gardens filled with the smell of roses and jasmine. Food was simply magnificent and wine list of course impressive. Cant wait to go back.

I usually stay at the Waterfront and only chose the Taj out of neccesity because everyone else was full with Argus bookings. I was very pleasantly surprised. The location was great, lots of choices for dinning and shopping and centrally located so that made it easy to get out and about. the Waterfront was well sign posted for visitors unfamiliar with Cape Town so that was a huge plus when going out and then returning, we never got lost.... being on the harbour withthe excursions was a plus as well. We could not have been happier wioth our choice of hotel, and would stay there again should we visit.
