The service was excellent, the hotel is beautiful and peaceful. It has a nice relaxing atmosphere.... I would definately book at the hotel again as well as refer people to book there....   A big comfortable bed, friendly and very helpfull staff. Secure parking. Cleaning staff did an excelent job. Very business friendly when I needed to attend to some emails, they had the facality for me to do so at no extra cost. I felt home. Booking in and out was very quick with no hassels. Staff knows whats going on and stood ready the whole time... hva folk sier » to assist. Great hotel, will be visiting there soon again. Keep it up guys! - Hotel was modern. Swimming pool area is the best. Rooms are excellent and huge. The beds are out of this world. Easy access in and out Hotel. Underground Parking. Have stayed in 5 star Hotels in Durban area before and must say if sea view doesn't bother you this place is the best.

  What I liked was the location to both the beach, restaurants, Gateway Shopping Mall and the airport. Wilson the Duty Manager was always available and made us feel extremely welcome. He is very efficient and is clearly well experienced in Customer Care. He explained very clearly all that we needed to know with regard to coming and going, the room f... hva folk sier » acilities as well as the guest house facilities (pool, tv lounge and self-service bar with wines only) and that the breakfast was a Continental Breakf - We stayed in a garden patio unit, the nightlife of Ballito is literally 4minutes walk away and the walk to the beach is a 2 minute walk. Friendly staff and a nice vibe! I will definitely visit again.
