Not having a pickup & drop off place in front of lobby.
Location was very nice, near Clark Quay, there's a shopping store just next to the hotel, taxi stand right next door. The pool was a surprise, didn't expect to have that nice pool for the price. The two bedroom apartment was large enough to accomodate me and my friends of 5 plus the built in laundry/dryer, kitchen and living room. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.
Nothing, you can't beat that price for that type of room.
Wonderful location, roominess, helpful staff and clean. Facilities included Gym, Swimming Pool and breakfast. Aircon in all rooms in the apartment.
We loved being able to relax by the pool everyday. The pool is large enough to cater for multiple guests. Great food variety at breakfast and very nice quiet set-up for hotel guests.
breakfast set-up was cramped and although food was regularly replenished, something ran out every day such as juice or the eggs or the bread - like I said, after a short 5min wait it was always replenished, but the point is replenish before it runs out or provide more to start with. Food etc was excellent.
Apartment was great. Plenty of room. Great place for a family to stay. Close to everything.

The space in the room allow my young baby to walk around without worrying him bumping into solid things. Also, it's good that we can cook ourselves in the room.

Staff was excellent and very warm, right from front office staff to housekeeping.
AC was not cooling, specially the one at living area, even after complaining so many times it could not be fixed. Small room and bathroom lights were flickering and were often going off on its own, nobody visited even after informing. Toiletries were not adequate, there was no shaving kit, bath tub gel, conditioner, comb etc.
The apartment was very roomy and well equipped.
The bed/mattress was very firm/hard - felt 'old'

few things needed more personal attention in room. broken closet handle, empty soap dispensers, electricity circuit tripped twice, back wall behind sink was never cleaned, pillowcases smelled like they were used, sliding door windows were dirty and were not cleaned. no housekeeping on sundays so we had trash and dirty floors on first day of stay.

The constant 24 hour noise from the construction sites was very disappointing and annoying when trying to sleep. If we had been aware of this situation prior to booking on line we would have looked else where.

It's quite conveniently located. Liang court is just at the ground floor. Gives easy access to food and other stuff a traveler needs. Proximity to train is also not bad.

While we were staying there, it happened that it was my birthday. To my surprise, the management sent a birthday cake to my room! Completely unexpected, and a really elegant touch. And just in case you were wondering, this was no cheap little thing, it was an 8 person fruit/sponge that was actually very delicious, and it took my partner and I 3 nights to polish it off!
A/c units blow directly onto one side of the bed, making sleep uncomfortable for the person on that side. Couldn't figure out how to have the blower stay in an "up" position.

Location is just perfect with Clarke Quay, a shopping centre, supermarket, money changing, nightlife all just outside. Taxis are plentiful, and cheap! Best location in the 4 visits I have made to Singapore Staff were so lovely and helpful Apartments are beautifully refurbished and appointed.
The only downside is the construction going on outside for the mrt, but at least they stopped working overnight.

Hard beds. Couldnt get onto balconies - I think unsafe - so felt a bit clostraphobic!! Hotel quite tired, I thouhgt.
Very spacious apartment in a very good location. Very good mattresses on beds. Excellent swimming pool.
Inconsistent cleaning. Soap container was not filled (bought my own), near impossible to get more toilet paper and detergent. Bad pillows. After booking and prior to our arrival, no one answered to any of my email enquiries!
The staff were accommodating to our requests. My mother has recently undergone surgery, so we asked for a room higher up away from the construction noise. The staff very kindly upgraded us to a premier room. The furnishings were of a good standard, and the room amenities were good too. The children's play area and the reading room were great. Although the swimming pool was under construction, the staff kindly offered to reimburse the taxi fare for the trip to use its partner hotel's swimming pool at Orchard.
The construction noise was very annoying indeed. The constant drilling of the ground opposite the building was very distracting. We had to leave the tv on throughout the stay to drown the noise. The breakfast could have a better selection. The swimming pool is still under renovation, and it was not convenient to take the kids out for a swim to a different location.
Noise from the MRT construction next door. Had to move apartments. Even then it was hard to sleep at night with construction through the night.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location on Clarke Quay was very central and we were able to get everywhere on the train service which was fantastic.
There is construction work taking place outside the hotel and there is drilling going on 24 HOURS A DAY!! Right through the night. This is NOT an exaggeration. We were not able to sleep at all. We had a 2 bed apartment which was very nice. The main bedroom was extremely spacious but the 2nd room was very small.Hardly space to keep your luggage.

No flexibility if staff when I asked for possibility of check out at 4pm as out flight left late night. .. even though nobody booked the room after me.... We had a small baby. ..And I had checked in much later than many scheduled time.
