Knowing that we are there for HoneyMoon Staycation, they automatically upgraded our room to the Deluxe room since the hotel having reno during the day which may b quite noisy. And we were out during the day, when we came back, our room is totally cleaned and our personal belongings were untouched. Amazed at that!.

Dest counter person service with no smiling face. The counter staff is very friendly and helpful.
Internet. Please turn the walkie talkie volume down in hallway too noisy, smoking guests in non smoking rooms made my room smell.
This hotel is not for travelers, rather, it's better for those people who want for-one night experience. The room is not sound-proof, and one can't help hearing the sound from the next, or the next next door.When we enter the room there's a very strong cigarette smell and that makes my our fresh clothing really smelly. Very bad.
