I'''ve been there with a couple of friends and all of us think that the staff was really,really helpful and friendly,the location of the hotel is absolutely perfect-5minutes from the center.The design of the rooms was incredible.It couldn''t be better and when we come in Nish the next time we will stay at the same hotel for sure:)Greetings from Bulgaria:). Fantastic, Great value for money. The room was like a boutique hotel Junior suite, offering great comfort and design. The bathroom facilities were also excellent. But the most impressive thing about this budget hotel was the secure car park. Will definately stay here again when passing through Serbia.

They gave us good advice on where to go and where to eat which was excellent.We were very happily surprised by how picturesque Nis is and how friendly the people were. Excellent location 5 minutes from centre of Niš. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice large room with high ceilings comfortable bed and good bathroom. It has a boiler switch so make sure to have on for really hot water ! And a fridge that really worked!. The location was excellent, very close to the castle and the central square. We safely parked our car at the private parking lot. Very spacious ,clean and nicely decorated rooms.As for the staff , it was very helpful . Very convenient location for Nis centre, close to the fortress and with private locked parking. Comfortable rooms and helpful personnel. Very good value for money. Coffe making accessories really appreciated. This place is good for the price. We had a large room with a fridge, tv, good WiFi, bathroom, and 2 beds (1 big bed and 1 small bed). Everything was relatively clean, and there was private parking. Beautiful room in an excellent location. The sky lights and hard wood floors made our suite unique and luxurious. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean, the staff was helpful, the location is excellent for those who want to visit the city. A plus is the inside parking and the Wi-Fi connection. I enjoyed spending time in Only one suites. The location is perfect, the room looks like a little museum and the staff there make the atmosphere very cosy!. Rooms in excellent condition. Rooms came with hot water kettle, instant coffee, tea, and refrigerator. Market around the corner and near to town center. I agree with all what is written above, from other guests! Next time I will book again this hotel but if the same prices persist. The staff was very helpful and polite. Perfect room :). Everything. Ambijent. Nothing. The following are "quibbles" and would not detract from staying again or recommending but points that would have helped. Advertised as suites but mine was more of a double room and although on my own I found one cup, one spoon, one glass and one sachet of coffee a little miserly! Also no bottle opener available ( memo to self , never travel without one. ). Furniture a bit cheap and outdated but then this is a budget choice so no real problem. The most important thing that needs to change is the reception: they were never there at important times (E.G. when we had to get our car out of the locked parking area...we had to knock on the window of a room near the street to get them to open the door for us), and there is no bell to ring them. We were placed in their apartments, which were about 200 meters away from the main building. There was a strange odor from our bathroom that we couldn't get rid of. n/a. There were small things not functioning well, that we hope would be quickly fixed by the staff: the lock of corridor door kept blocking; the shower head could not be fixed etc. Nothing. To much ligth in the morning if someone want to sleep longer. The water gets cold little by little in the shower. Parking. Only one.no sheets on the beds,it was akward for me.
