Very nice, friendly, and helpful staff. I had a feeling of being home. Good food and a lot of breakfast options to choose from.
one person in the staff speaks very well spanish langage and the others speak english. the restaurant is good and they are all very kind.

I like very much the state of the room and the work of personal, responsible for cleaning as well as the work of the receptionists, which were very friendly and helpful to us. Especially I would like to single out Irina (at reception desk) and Vera (the waitress responsible for breakfast with her very friendly attitude and jazz music in the morning).
I would like that other girls, responsible for breakfast take an example from Vera. Sometimes when Vera was not there I had a feeling that I am back in USSR (sound of the fridge instead of music and Russian pop music from the kitchen as well as crumbles and oily spots on the tables).
The receptionist of the hotel is super welcoming and helpful !! She's the nicest people I had met during my stay! She could speak fluent English and very friendly and willingly to offer you help ! N the hotel's located at a quiet but centered area, only 5-8mins walk from the metro :) The hotel had everything I need and want . I ll definitely come bk n stay there again ;)

The hotel is nice and with an interesting old Russian flavour.
The wifi wasn't working in the first 2 days of our stay, but it was sorted after. You need to walk 15 minutes to the nearest metro station.
Staff very kind, good breakfeast, confortable and clean rooms, very nice hotel! I hardly recomend it! They even booked a taxi for the airport and I paid with the hotel, they prepared us lunch boxes in our last day because we lost the breakfeast! Very close to Dostoievsky museum, a very nice atmosphere!
A little bit far (30 minutes walk)from Neva river where is nice to see the sunset at the white nights, even though is possible to run the metro!
Nice small hotel near metro station Zvenigorodskaya, walking distance to the city-center, very clean. Good continental-style breakfast, nice and helpful staff.
We only spent one night and didn't notice anything. Except, maybe, that there were no showepcaps and no body lotion in the bathroom.
