The team kept in touch with me right up until they handed me the key and arranged my transfer to the airport. The place was clean and you have towels and pretty much everything else you need (iron, but no iron-board, plates, cups etc etc). Location was perfect to be able to walk around Kievskaya, Smolenskaya, Arbat and taxi's down to Red Square are only $9. It's also pretty secure and the views over the river and bridge are amazing. Thanks a lot to Nika and Diana for taking care, they are avail.

It is about 10 min from the metro, 30-40 min leisurely walk to the Kremlin, grocery stores are within walking distance, boat trips, some museums, the list can go on and on. The staff were also very friendly and helpful most of the time. The apartment has everything you need, is nicely designed and you definitely feel at home. The excellent internet connection was a good benefit too. It really was a great place for a city trip. Location, rate (compared with other "normal" hotels that are expensive in Moscow), attentiveness and responsiveness of the manager (quick response by phone to explain where and how, decent quality (albeit in a distinctive Soviet style which is not necessarily a bad thing), and large rooms, with a huge TV panel. A very good choice for those who prefer furnished apartment over hotels. Good location for the metro station. Arbat is a nice area plenty of restaurants and bars. The apartment was well looked after and had everything you could possibly require for a stay in Moscow. I would recommend this apartment for anybody who wishes to visit this magnificent city. A couple of things to consider: - the bed is far too small for two people to sleep in (luckily it was only me) - foreign channels did not work, but domestic ones did - bring your own shampoo and shower gel. There is some available but does not look so appealing. The determination for getting the payment in cash was a little bit unpleasant as the money is pretty big and I would not recommend carrying this much cash (in addition to what you might need for other expenses) is not very safe. Also, during the stay neither the bed linen nor the towels were changed (we stayed for one week). And it seemed it was not really cleaned. I assume you have to ask for that, but with this price for the apartment I will assume it must be a part of the routine. Not much except perhaps not very convenient towel hooks in the bathroom. Did not like the unlit entrance of the stairwell for the apartments. Can give you the wrong impression. Street in front of apartment very noisy (but I think that is to be expected in a big city), double glazing would help maybe. The bed is big enough for one person, but too small for two people I feel. nowhere to leave your luggage after 12 noon; left at departure railway station which was fine but took an hour. It doesn´t look like in the pictures. Even although it was very clean , it wasn´t modern at all. Nothing. The apartment was basic. A coffee machince with pods and better and more towels would make things better. Everything was on the level. Entrance is little inside and isolated with old type, Also metrasses,blanket and pillows are needs to little improve. The price was adequate in comparison with the similar offers, but still think that it was a little bit high :). Mixer of luxury furneture and the poor curtains with fat spots. Quality of towel and pillow. A bit pricey but this may be the norm for dwelling in Moscow's city centre. Walking alot.
