  Everything: excellent location, in the Rose Square (ok, you might hear some ambulances or police vehicles, during the night, but is not disturbing), very rich breakfast, nice ladies in reception and restaurant, they also have a coffee-shop. Parking is in the back of the hotel, in a yard, but anyway the bell-boy takes care of parking it for you. An... hva folk sier » d, the first thing I am experiencing this: when in reception, you can preview and choose your room! There are some pictures on a display and, dependin - The staff was very friendly and helpful, like Claudio who helped us with our bags or the woman of the Spa who speaks spanish perfectly. Everyone was very flexible and professional, they opened the spa to our convenience. We ordered sandwiches in our room and they were delicious and at a great price. I specially liked the design of the hotel in general, including the spa.

  It's the second time we stayed at the Plaza and our opinion hasn't changed a bit: Excellent staff and manager. Everyone was very helpful and provided wonderful service. The hotel is simply great.
