How to answer that was positive, and that negative. I liked all from reception, service, a food. - Staff were generally very helpful including a 4am airport departure and providing a meal on arrival to a weary family (we used this hotel either end of a fortnight in rural Transylvania)

The owner of Transilvania Cowboy Cottage was one of the nicest people I've met, and the family is very friendly and welcoming and makes you feel right at home.
The room, I must say,being spacious and outright comfy is an absolute antique masterpiece.
I would definitely recommend staying there for anyone visiting Cluj Napoca.

It's a nice quiet place really near the city centre. The room had an extra room beside so it was very practical to use it for the luggage and the clothes. The recepctionist was really kind helping us with everything. The area is interesting, full of those big antique houses with huge gardens in different states of restoration. -
