  The hotel is in downtown Constanta, very close to the seaside, old town and old port but Mamaia beaches are also very easily accessible from here. The hotel was comfortable and staff are very kind, too. The hotel is located next to a main road and we were afraid that traffic noise would be disturbing but this was not the case fortunately. The staff is really friendly and speaking good English. The room is not small with the sitting area and the bedroom, yet not sure if you can call it 'Deluxe Suite'. We really liked the toiletries ( shower gel, shampoo, body lotion). Breakfast is also not bad and more than enough even though you have to leave the building and go next door to a cafe.   Hotel Carol is my super-favourite of hotels. The price-quality is the best I have ever experienced, very friendly and helpful staff and a superb breakfast in a very charming building.   I have stayed there 2 times now and found it to be a very good. the Staff were friendly and could not help any more then they did . they also made me feel welcome - Comfortable rooms, good food, friendly staff and a good location of the hotel. Everything was very clean and the rooms are spacious. Can't wait to return!
