  The hotel is located on the shores of the Vidraru Lake. We had a nice room designed in minimalist style with a spectacular view on the lake. All facilities are in a perfect condition and the beds are comfortable. The staff is very polite and cooperative. The real gem of the hotel is its restaurant: an impressive design and a gourmet international food. - Amazing location on the shore of lake Vidraru (a dam really) in the start of famously spectacular Transfagarasan road.   It was may be the best hotel we had during the trip to Romania. Spectacular surroundings and a magnificent view on the Lake from the room. The room was big, nice, with perfect facilities and the comfortable beds. We enjoyed the swimming pool - pleasant and clean. The restaurant is very beautiful facing the Vidraru Lake and offering a good selection of Romanian and international food. - Having a room at the third floor we had a realy good view of the beautiful lake Vidraru and the moutains. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. Nice indoor pool with lake/mountain view. Everything had a view :) Being on the Transfagarasan Road it was easy to get on the mountain and go on hikes.

English speaking. - We used GPS long. and lat. coordinates privided by letsbookhotel.com to find the place but it looks nothing like the photos provided on the website. Garbage everywhere and the common area/restaurant was a pavilion where the tables were full of empty bottles and dirty glasses.
