Great view, clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff. I felt most welcome. I was here in spring but they were under construction. Now the work is done so I was hosted in one of the new rooms. Very cozy indeed. I also like the improvements: elevator, much bigger parking, conference rooms. I enjoyed my staying and I'll come again - it feels like home

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Everything was very nice and pleasant. The room was big, the bed was comfortable, the food was good. The staff was careful and helpful. The place has a great view on the city The old city centre is just 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

A very nice hotel with very courteous and friendly staff. This hotel deserves more than its 3 stars. We’ve stayed in (so called) 3 star motels in Australia which don’t even come close to this one. Well worth a visit.

Great location and great view from the window, both the city square and Tampa Mountain. The SPA was excellent and it was included in the room price. Even there were fruits and cookies waiting for us in the room for free. Great Conference facilities.

We stayed there just one night that was in June. The room was large with a lot of windows, terrace and spacy bathroom. The view to the mountains and town was amazing. The yard was all over in blooming roses. The service at outside restaurant was fast, meals and local wine were escellent and price-reasonable

Really good location in the quieter part of the old town, with free parking right outside. Easy walking distance to the main square and sites, as well as to the Tampa Hill cable car (highly recommended for the excellent views). The hotel was excellent - new, clean, comfortable and well-run and the breakfast was good too.
