Our airline "mislaid" our suitcases and the staff went out of their way to help, even offering to go to the airport when they turned up the next day. Awesome decor - like going back in time. The taxi to the airport on the way home (orga - We had an amazing room. It was as if it might have been an artist's garret apartment. Lots of light, spacious. Small kitchen area. Staff warm and helpful. There is also a restaurant in the basement that has Michelin recognition with cost much less than it would at home. Location was also excellent.

  The family were fantastic nothing was too much trouble. As a large group of friends 13 in total all needs were catered for. If information or requests needed and not understood all we needed to do was type request onto the computer and it was translated for the manager and answered for us.   Very nice and new looking hotel. Had a double bed room and the room was spacious and very comfortable, felt homey. Bathroom very elegant and had all the amenities. Breakfast was not too bad, but not amazing. Location to Krupowki street was about 20-30min walk. Not a bad walk during the day but street is eerily empty at night. Will ho - We have stayed here twice now and would unreservedly recommend this hotel to anyone,the staff are friendly,polite and helpful,the attention to detail is first rate and the setting is perfect,stunning countryside yet only a short distance from Zakopane centre.We aim to return as soon as we can.
