Everything in this hotel was very good! Staff speaks english, the rooms are nice are nice and clean, no complaints at all!
I am very keen on sightseeing so going to the city center was a must and it can be easiliy done with 5 or 6 tram lines that stop maybe 100m from the hotel. You can buy tickets on the trams but you need coins to pay for them,

Hotel very close to the tramway lines thath go to the city centre in a few minutes. Rooms are big and clean. The international breakfast is good but with few sweets. Staff very kind and helpful.

Apartments are very comfortable with all the equipment you could need. We even had baby chair and a baby bath thub. Lication is close to old town and all main bars, but calm and silent at the same time.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, when we arrive we asked to change rooms as we preferred to be at the front of the hotel overlooking the river. This was a wonderful place to stay. It was an easy tram ride from the market square and Wawel on Krakow. Beata and Andrew were perfect hosts and very helpful with our travel plans. The location was perfect for day trips to Krakow's town center. Room was very clean and spacious. We even had a wonderful balcony. An atm and grocery store was just down the street so it was easy to get cash as needed. It was possible to purchase tram tickets on the tram, but you need coins to do so. Again, the grocery store was a great place to break some bills.
