  Det var veldig bra service!!!Untatt alle som jobbet der var veldig velidig hyggelig og hjelpsomme!!Og hotellet ligget jo midt i sentrum:-)Alt var nærethen og buss til aeroport gikk rett over veien. - Store, rene, bekvemmelige rom. Fantastisk frokostbuffet. Hyggelig betjening og god beliggenhet. Alt var helt topp!!

  The hotel is set opposite a great Shopping Centre. The rooms are 5* and very comfortable. The hotel is going through a large refurbishment at time i was there but this did not affect the stay at all and the staff did all they could to make it a pleasant stay. On the first floor you have a lounge area where you can sit and relax while having a coff... hva folk sier » ee. For Hard Rock Cafe fans the cafe is a 2 minute walk around the corner. City tour buses are also the same distance and this offers a hop on hop off - The Hotel was very quiet despite comments from the receptionist that 200 youngsters were staying and there may be noise. There was also a note in the room stating that construction work was ongoing from 09.00 hours but we heard no construction work at all. The decor in the public areas and bedrooms was of a very high standard. The buffet breakfast at £17 per person was similar to Hotels in the UK for a cooked breakfast and was of a high standard with staff constantly replenishing food.

  Staff were very friendly and helpful, even with our 1am arrival from the airport. They were happy to hold our bags after checkout to allow us more time in the city before leaving for Chopin airport. The room was very comfortable with good quality furnishings. Bus service from outside takes you close to Old and New Town, and connects to the Chopi... hva folk sier » n airport bus (40 min journey in total). Folk Gospoda across the road is an excellent restaurant and there's a good cafe round the corner for coffee - I had accommodation at JM Apart Hotel on my business trip. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Friendly staff, clean and big rooms, the location in the center. Talking about the view from the 24th floor was amazing. Breakfast was good. On my way to breakfast I stoped at the front desk and I have requested an iron. By the time I finished the breakfast I had it in my room together with the ironing board. I liked it very much and I`ll definitely stay there next time.

  Utrolig bra service. Kjempe bra rom, renhet, comfort. Jeg har bodd på mange hoteller rundt om i verden og jeg må si at det er sjeldent man opplever så god service.
