Great hotel with awesome design and facilities. The room is huge and is best for family with small kids. The room design and furnishing is very elegant. A great weekend getaway for the family.
My son has a small accident in the pool and the staff was there to assist and make sure he was taken cared of. A+++ for customer servise. Highly recomm

The hotel is good but its on ortigas little far from manila. 130 P. But excellent location for shopping. Mega mall and ropensons mall and the podum mall and others are there.
The good thing here also they have a very good kitchen and all you need to wash clothes and feel like home.

This was our second stay at the Picasso and we were very pleased to see that some of the small things we commented during our last stay had been attended to. Malaga suite is very good. Big and modernn apartment , great bathroom, spacefull living room. Kitchen is little but comfortable. Design is great. The bed is big and very confortable. Bathroom is perfect for any kind of use. Staff is very gentle and kind. They speak a very good english. MAKATI area is perfect for anything and you can move simply with taxi. For me it's a 5 stars.

The rooms were excellent. The bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom was great. The staff was amazing: smart, friendly, and kind. Our 22 yr. old waitress was incredible! The guys at Reception were very attentive. The roof deck was nice. There was water for refill on the roof deck which was very handy and convenient.

I like staying there its really nice. staff are great. Hotel is in great shape and clean well. In a nice surrounding area I think it's the best area in Manila thay have parking it's just not free at night but at least. and also you can rent a car there coz thay have office for Europe car in the lobby.

I almost thought we'd arrived at the wrong hotel when we saw the surroundings compared to the price that we had paid. This hotel is top notch. Excellent location right in the heart of the Makati business district. Service is excellent. Location is great! Just behind SM Megamall Building A, and beside St Francis Square in Ortigas Center, Pasig City... I stayed over with group of friends, and when we asked for additional kitchen utensils (we decided to cook) -- the staff were very accommodating. Great value for money. -
