  The hotel is located close to the city center, central railway station, main pedestrian street, etc. The room we stayed was located at the building mansard (attic). It was suprisignly very spacious: two beds, coach, table and large bathroom. Breakfast was rich. I liked several sorts of salted, smoked and marinated fish most of all. There're electric kettle, cups and packets of teas, coffee, whitener and sugar inside the room. - ILocation is perfect, near to the centre, 1 stop by bus to the central station, 5 min by walk to the bus terminal. Breakfast is very good, variuous and tasty, staff is helpful, rooms are clean with comfortable beds, TV and hair dryer. You can drink coffee and tea at the lobby all day. Hotel is located in Grönland - district when live many people from Asia and Africa, so it is a little surprising :)

  Jeg følte meg hjemme og ble tatt godt vare på. Jeg måtte inn til Oslo i full fart pga jeg skulle bli farmor innen 24 timer. Jeg måtte jo dele dette med resepsjonen og de var så søte og hjelpsomme. Finding the hotel is easy, it's next to Stortinget in the centre of Oslo. They responded - Perfect central location. 1 minute from the Parliament, 3 minutes to the Town Hall and harbour. Less than 10 min walk from main train station. Staff very friendly, we even got upgraded from a superior room to a suite. Very clean. Breakfast selection very very good. Free wi-fi included, plus 2 PCs in the lobby connected to a printer, so we managed to check in and print our boarding passes on our last day.

I interacted with several of them over three days both to change rooms (I asked if I could move to the front) and due to a lost baggage issue I was having with the airline.
