Friendly and helpful staff. Our luggage was stolen from our rental car while parked at a downtown car park before we checked in. The owners were very thoughtful and considerate of our difficult situation. They even lent our 7 year old some clothes, and made sure we had toothbrushes and a shaving kit. On top of that the room was spotless, comfortable, well designed, and looked newly remodeled. We even arranged to stay an extra day. I highly recommend this motel.
alle vurderinger » A very nice unit in a great location. The neighbourhood has fantastic restaurants. Franklin Road, Auckland's Christmas street is just down the road. We loved our stay there. Very friendly and helpful welcome. The big TV with SKY; locality: easy to get to anywhere else in the city; the tea/coffee selection; off-street parking; the room in general was great, well appointed and very clean. A nice place in a great location close to restaurants and entertainment. Friendly staff and modern setup/appliances. Although the room was relatively small, it was very functional. The room was very well presented. General comfort was good. Excellent location for our activities. Wifi was excellent and nice and simple to log on to. No stupid passwords!!!. It was nice, quiet and a great place to stay, they even changed our room when we arrived earlier than expected, because they were still cleaning. Very friendly and helpful.
