The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was nice and varied. The spa was very relaxing and had plenty of different areas, despite the initial shock that swimwear is not permitted. The toiletries and en suite were also to a very high standard. -

The staff was always helpful. They were very nice. Room is cleaned once a week and you receive fresh towels and linen once a week. If you travel alone this absolutely ok. Great facilities. I especially appreciated the laundry facilities, kitchen, work out room, etc. Also close to the metro stop. A great place to stay for an extended stay.
