The price is very high comparing by other hotels rates.
The food was wonderful! Very nice pool area. Several bars to choose from. Well staffed hotel.
They charge extra for jacuzzi and internet. This surprised me.
No mirror in the room....when they have families with kids they should put them in the same floor as kids disturbs the other guests with their noise..running in the corridor of the hotel and knocking the doors of the rooms!!!

1- I was checked in to a room that has not been cleaned by house keeps. This happened at 3am after my wedding and a drive of 1hour. After a complain to reception, the room was cleaned and the hotel manager turned up and assured that he will look into the matter. I was offered a free night stay. 2- No Iron and I was not provided an one after 2 phone calls to reception - disgrace for 5 stars
Decent swimming pool.
Paying to use fitness facilities despite already paying 150 Euros forthe room. Break is more like 3 star hotel than 5 star. Staff atreception were arrogant and unhelpful and do not show any concern aboutcustomer opinion. We were charged for laundry services but we did notuse any laundry service during our stay.
